This course is designed to give users an understanding of some of the causes of stress at work, what can happen when it’s not dealt with, and how employees and employers can help reduce unnecessary stress and improve wellbeing at work. Mental Health: Wellbeing at Work includes short summaries of different mental health conditions, some of which might be considered a disability under the Equality Act. This course is not a substitute for medical or specialist advice.
The course is fully customisable to enable employers to add relevant policies, procedures, links and information they want to communicate to their staff around mental health and wellbeing.
The course has an optional section for managers which provides further details of the mental health and wellbeing issues to be aware of for anyone with management responsibilities.
