Rodoulla Philippou

Ms. Rodoulla Philippou holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science & Public Administration from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, and a second Bachelor's Degree in Law, having successfully passed the examinations of the Legal Council of the Republic of Cyprus and other relevant Professional Training Diplomas and Certificates.

In recent years she has been working in the field of Education and Legal Advisory Services on employment and other related matters. Complementing her academic qualifications is her many years of experience in matters of Organisation and Personnel Management, Employment Relations, General Occupational Health and Safety issues, Personal Data Protection and other matters of a Legal nature. She is a Certified Vocational Training Trainer – Level 5 by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) since 2021. She has more than 1,600 hours of staff training in corresponding training programmes.
