Nicos Ioannou

Nicos Ioannou holds a degree in Business Administration and has more than 18 years of experience in credit risk management, regulatory compliance and anti-money laundering. As General Manager of Infocredit Group, he contributes to the development and delivery of compliance and credit-risk solutions that help organisations respond to increasingly complex regulatory requirements.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM), a member of the Credit Services Association (CSA), and accredited by the Collectors Accreditation Initiative (CAI). He is also a Certified Mediator, a board member of the Association of Mediators in Cyprus, and an HRDA-certified trainer.

His expertise spans AML, KYC, credit management, regulatory compliance and compliance solutions. His professional contribution was also recognised through his nomination for the CICM British Credit Awards 2021 in the 'Credit Professional of the Year' category.
