Maria Vassiliou

Maria Vassiliou is a Lawyer, Mediator–Arbitrator, Insolvency Advisor, and Founder of ENTER CONSULTING ZONE LTD. The firm specialises in corporate restructuring—including corporate insolvency and debt restructuring—labour law compliance and employment relations/disputes, and data protection.

She holds an LLB in Law, a B.Sc in Statistics, and a Master''s degree in Human Resource Management and Labour Law. She is a Member and Graduate of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPD) and a certified vocational trainer by HRDA (ΑΝΑΔ).

Maria has extensive professional experience across Cyprus, Greece, and London (UK), having held various senior and managerial roles. She spent 14 years at Laiki Bank as a Legal Advisor and in other responsible positions, gaining deep expertise in banking and insolvency matters. She later served as a Legal Advisor at a major Cypriot law firm, and in 2015 was appointed by the Central Bank of Cyprus as the Internal Legal Advisor to the Special Administrator of Laiki Bank (Under Administration). From 2017 to 2019, she was a member of the Administrative Board of the State Lending Committees (Public Loans).

She is a regular newspaper contributor and television commentator on insolvency, non-performing loans, and employment relations. As an active citizen, she maintains consistent engagement in political and public affairs.
