Course description:
The staff manual is one of the most important tools that must be available to businesses of any sector for the education and training of their human resources.
This handbook recounts new recruits and includes all the important information which employees are required to know. The HR manual may include useful information about a business so that the company goals, its values, vision, legal status, structure and its policies are clear to all employees.
A good HR manual also includes information on staffing policies, employment relationships and what it means to act professionally. A staff manual may include information on employees' earnings and benefits as well as managing the Human Resources of the organization.
The above points do not apply to all businesses therefore each business should adapt the manual to its own needs.
