A participant is entitled to a full refund* or a credit note*, only if IPE is being informed about the cancellation at least 5 working days to the start date of the seminar or if IPE cancels the seminar for any reason at any given time.
From 3-5 days - IPE will reserve 30 % of the payable amount
Less than 3 days: IPE will reserve 100%. of the payable amount

*Upon the discretion of IPE, you may register for a future seminar within a period of 6 months.
