Objectives:

After the completion of the program, the trainees will be able to:

  1. Identify and describe the major numeral categories.
  2. To identify and define the key terms in financial statements.
  3. Sort the information in the various sections of the basic financial statements.
  4. Separate the various types of numerical indicators and the data required to calculate them.
  5. Create a comparative analysis of the Audited Financial Statements.
  6. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the fundamental financial statements.
  7. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the basic terms and information contained in the financial statements.
  8. Identify indicators of financial problems (as determined by an examination of the Financial Statements) and select timely corrective measures
  9. To categorize the information in the financial statements based on the key indicators.
  10. Choose the proper formulas for calculating the basic numberofindicators.
  11. Calculate key financial indicators, particularly liquidity, financial installments, and indebtedness.
  12. Explain any significant differences in results compared to the budget.
  13. To explain and document the Financial Statements' utility in assessing the Company's progress and achieving its strategic objectives.
  14. To create an effective or strategic strategy for capitalizing on opportunities revealed by financial statement analysis.
  15. Interpret financial indicators and effectively assess the company's financial position and performance
  16. To adequately defend their decisions using financial statement data
  17. To work smoothly and effectively with the finance department's staff.
  18. Participate effectively in meetings with bankers, professional accountants, and certified auditors.
  19. To justify any deviations in the Company's financial results from the initial objectives
  20. To objectively criticize and contradict the financial data that will be presented by professional accountants and external auditors.
  21. Compare this year's financial statements to last year's and motivate employees to improve results.
  22. To defend, protect, and work in the best interests of the company for which they work/own shares.
  23. Participate in important meetings with Senior Management and the Board of Directors, and confidently answer questions about the results of their work.
